RETURN POLICY

Returns Policy

 

  • No returns will be accepted!

 

  • If a return is accepted, we will issue a credit for the original purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used at ww.allenfootwear.com. No refunds will be granted. The item being returned must be unworn and in the original condition that it was received in.

 

  • The item being returned must be shipped to Allen Footwear within 3 days after the return is accepted. (Excludes weekends and holidays).

 

  • Allen Footwear has the right to decline any return request for any reason they deem necessary.

EXCHANGE

Exchange Policy

  • No exchanges accepted. Make sure that you DOUBLE CHECK and order you’re correct size.

 

  • No exchanges accepted for ordering the wrong item! BE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING BEFORE YOU BUY.

 

  • If Allen Footwear is responsible for sending you the wrong size or the wrong shoe. We will exchange the shoe and correct the mistake free of charge.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations

No cancellations once the order has been placed. We try and ship out orders as soon as possible so you can receive and enjoy your item! Be 1oo% sure before purchase.

We ship through all major networks. Such as

  • FED EX

Shipping time can very depending on location. On average it takes 5-7 days.
